OM - INFO BUT! Le texte qui empêche Drogba de revenir

La FIFA a en effet répondu à la demande de dérogation de l'attaquant ivoirien en expliquant que, d'après les articles de lois, il leur était en effet impossible de répondre positivement à sa requête puisqu'il était encore sous contrat avec Shanghaï. Voici le mail que nous a transmis la FIFA en exclusivité :

"We can confirm that the player Didier Drogba submitted a request for authorisation to be registered outside an open registration period for a club on a loan basis. FIFA has informed him about the relevant regulations included in article 6 par. 1 of the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players:(http://www.fifa.com/mm/document/affederation/administration/01/27/64/30/regulationsstatusandtransfer2010_e.pdf). According to the said article, "players may only be registered during one of the two annual registration periods fixed by the relevant association. As an exception to this rule, a professional whose contract has expired prior to the end of a registration period may be registered outside that registration period. Associations are authorised to register such professionals provided due consideration is given to the sporting integrity of the relevant competition. Where a contract has been terminated with just cause, FIFA may take provisional measures in order to avoid abuse, subject to article 22" .

Aucune exception ne sera faite à Didier Drogba qui se retrouve donc dans l'impasse. L'attaquant ivoirien devrait donc continuer à s'entraîner avec Chelsea en attendant la CAN, en janvier.

Pour résumer

Didier Drogba ne rejouera pas en Europe pendant la trêve chinoise.
